In this section of the web, you’ll be able to find all the other downloadable watchables beside the movies. 😊 The core of this section is the show that I named this website after, Freddy’s Nightmares, but you can also find documentaries here and other interesting television content.
Freddy’s Nightmares is a horror anthology series that ran from October 1988 to March 1990. With a total of 44 episodes, this show follows the lives of the people from Springwood after Freddy was burned. Each episode is narrated by Freddy himself (played by Robert Englund) and features two stories of people trying to live their lives and overcome their problems, while Freddy appears regularly between the stories to provide his own humorous commentary on their situations.
Sometimes, the events within the stories are influenced by Freddy, who appears in a few of the episodes directly. The first episode of the series, No More Mr. Nice Guy, tells the story of Freddy’s arrest and subsequent release due to the mistake of the police officer who arrested him. After the parents of Springwood corner Freddy in the power plant and burn him alive, Freddy comes back to torment the officer in his sleep to exact his revenge. You can watch and download the whole series on the Internet Archive by clicking on the link above. 😊
